G. Prodivin “no es una empresa”, lo componen personas, compañías e instituciones de todo el planeta con un nuevo “concepto global” de cómo proceder en los negocios e interrelacionarse; busca la excelencia en cada área, primando siempre la verdad y el nivel del crecimiento y desarrollo para todos los individuos.
Grupo Prodivin, comienza como tal en Argentina en el año 2000, fruto de la unión con tres empresas: Globaltec S.A., Stanley S.A. y CH Química S.A., con posterioridad se suman a este concepto, varias companías más.
En el año 2002 se proyecta a Brasil, donde se promueve y desarrolla la idea, fomentando relaciones y negocios adaptados al innovador sistema.
En el año 2008, por su ubicación geográfica, su clima, su situación política y económica estables, decide instalar su Oficina Matriz en la República Oriental del Uruguay.
A partir de ese momento, diversas personas y empresas uruguayas comienzan a caminar junto a los ideales del Grupo.
En sus primeros 10 años, Prodivin se convirtió en un Grupo muy importante de compañías de peso y destaque mundial, pero sobre todo de “individuos”, que aportan nuevas ideas y soluciones innovadoras en las variadas áreas y focos de especialización.
Prodivin, a través de su trayectoria y relación con las personas, sus empresas y sus negocios a nivel mundial, ha adquirido una inmensa lista de colaboradores de toda índole que apoyan y fortalecen sus ideales, fomentando su desarrollo, desempeño y realización.

Grupo Prodivin, representa para Sudamérica negocios coreanos,chinos, rusos, ingleses y otros, en líneas de fertilizantes e insumos agrícolas y veterinarios.
Realiza aportes logísticos en importantes negociaciones y gestiones, tanto a nivel privado como gubernamental, intermediando con grupos de inversores internacionales, a los cuales asesora en diversos proyectos.
